Imo is a well-done messaging and chatting service with a video calling option. It can be used without any fees.

Design 8/10 

The app does not differ a lot from analogs providing almost the same functionality and quite a quality result. If you use WhatsApp, for instance, you will find this one quite the same. Though, there are some gaps. The interface is rather poor and cluttered but if the design is not important for you, you will not suffer from this simplicity – on the contrary, you will easily cope with navigation.

Impressions

If you are tired of Skype and WhatsApp (it’s highly doubtful), you can try this app. IMO delivers quite quality video calling. The reason for my doubts is that the app is not very popular and you will have to ask all your contacts to join it refusing the more usable analogs. If you manage to persuade them, you will get brilliant user experience.
